The board of Directors of Downtown Ridgefield is made up of
four Officers and 4 general board members. Current Members are: President and CEO: Kathy Graham, Ridgefield Bank Vice President: William Craig, Craig's Fine Jewelry Treasurer: Mike Liberta, Liberta's Spirit Shoppe Recording Secretary: Linda Maggs, Union Savings Bank Director: Deborah Anne, Deborah Anne's Chocolates Director: Simon Cooper, Celtic Croft llc Director: Charles Davis, Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. Director: Ursala Cron, Kathryn & Co. The Board is elected bi-annually at the AGM.
