Spring Fest 2003

Spring Fest 2003 is scheduled for Saturday May 3^rd and Sunday May 4^th, the weekend before Mothers’ Day.  It also coincides with the Guild of Artists event in Ballard’s Park, providing even more reason to visit Ridgefield and Shop, Dine and Stroll.

The Danbury Trolley Bus will run through the Downtown District on Saturday and is sponsored by Union Savings Bank. Green and Yellow balloons will be given out to children and be available for display in stores.

 A children’s painting competition (‘Spring in Ridgefield’ or ‘Signs of Spring’) will also be sponsored and stores are asked to display the children’s paintings in their windows the week preceding the event – prizes will be awards (gift vouchers to be spent in Downtown Ridgefield Members).
